Heavy duty trucks are a good choice for work trucks they can come in single cab, extended cab, and crew cab. They also have a stronger suspension system and drive train to handle bigger workload demands and not break down under these heavier requirements.
Medium duty trucks usually come with an eight-cylinder, or six-cylinder engine. This class is built with uses in mind like helping friends move, and occasional towing and hauling. Medium duty models range in price, style and versatility. Personal requirements will dictate which class truck to pick. Either the heavy duty or medium duty classes can be used for work or personal preferences. They both will offer two-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive drive trains, as well as different cab and bed sizes depending on the manufacturer.
