If showering after a sauna, it is best to keep the temperature at a warm temperature as opposed to a hot shower. It is not necessary to use soap during the showering process; this is simply because the body should be very clean from the amount of sweating it has experienced.
Both units offer the user pleasant experiences; however, it is important to be aware of future consequences if rules are not properly followed.
